A Typical Day
Daily structure

| 6:00 PM | Group therapy (rotating curriculum) |
| 7:30 PM | Psychoeducation or skills-building session |
| 8:30 PM | Closing and peer support check-out |

Admission criteria
- Medically and psychiatrically stable
- Able to attend sessions consistently around outside obligations
- Motivated to continue recovery work with a lighter clinical footprint
