Admission

Start your admission

Reaching out is the hardest part for most people. Everything after this is our team’s job to make as simple as possible.

If this is a medical emergency, call 911. For a mental health or suicide crisis, call or text 988 (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.

How It Works

The admission process

1

Reach out

Call our admissions line, submit the form below, or use the AI Triage Chat. Available 24 hours a day.

2

Confidential conversation

An admissions coordinator asks about your situation, history, and goals. Nothing you share is shared outside our clinical team.

3

Insurance verification

We check your benefits directly with your insurer, usually within minutes, and explain your coverage in plain language.

4

Clinical assessment

A brief clinical screening determines the right level of care, RTC, PHP, IOP, or OP, based on your specific needs.

5

Admission & transport

We coordinate arrival logistics, including transportation support if needed, and prepare your intake paperwork in advance.

6

Begin treatment

You arrive to a prepared treatment plan and a team that already understands your situation. No starting from scratch.

Admission Inquiry

Tell us about your situation

This form starts a confidential conversation, not a binding admission. An admissions coordinator will follow up directly.

This form is a UI preview. Submissions are not yet sent anywhere. See the TODO in components/intake-form.tsx for the planned Web3Forms integration.

Insurance

Verify your insurance

Free, confidential, and takes just a few minutes. Verifying your benefits does not commit you to admission.

Free, confidential, and carries no obligation to admit. UI preview only, see the TODO in components/insurance-verify-form.tsx.

We work directly with your insurance provider to confirm what’s covered before you commit to anything. Most families are surprised by how much of their treatment cost insurance actually covers.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept my insurance?

Most PPO plans offer at least partial coverage for residential and outpatient behavioral health treatment. The fastest way to know for certain is a free benefits verification, submit the form below and we'll confirm your specific coverage.

Do I need to detox before admission?

It depends on the substances involved and your medical history. During your clinical assessment, our team will determine whether medical detox is needed first and can coordinate that with a partnered detox provider before residential admission.

What should I bring on my first day?

A general packing list, including clothing guidelines, medication requirements, and prohibited items, is provided once your admission date is confirmed. Our admissions coordinator will walk through this with you in advance.

Can family be involved in treatment?

Yes. Family therapy and a multi-family education track are built into our program. Your admissions coordinator can explain how and when family involvement typically begins.

How long does treatment take?

Length of stay varies by level of care and individual need. Residential stays are typically 30 to 60 days, with step-down levels of care continuing for weeks or months afterward. Your treatment plan is reviewed and adjusted throughout.
